Where is fuel filter on 4.3 L Alpha one 205

I've got an 87 SeaRay and I was doing some winter maintenance. I was thinking of replacing the fuel filter. However I can't find where the fuel filter is.
Can someone help me out?

It's 4.3L V6 205HP.

Ayuh,... Welcome Aboard Bill,...

If it's got a cannister style spin-on, it should be in the neighborhood of the forward starboard corner of the motor, down below and/ or forward of the exhaust manifold...
It should be hardlined off the fuelpump...

Some 4.3ls, came without 'em,... I recommend puttin' 1 on if so...

It doesn't have a spin-on water seperating fuel filter (you do need one as Bond-o suggested). the only thing you have is the filter under the the fuel pump bowl, and one in the inlet of the carb.

I haven't been having any problems with the boat. Just doing some winter maintenance.

How do I add one of these? How much and where do I get it from?

Is this really something I need to mess with. I'm assuming it's OK since it's been running OK for this long.

Filter assy is available in the marine store, at the top of this page. The install will be pretty straight forward. Existing filters do still need changed though.
