Where does this mount???

Hey. Im trying to figure out where this part mounts on my engine. I have an 88 omc cobra 4.3L. This is a picture I found on ebay that looks very similar to what I have. Im assuming it needs to be grounded, but I cant for the life of me figure out where this bolts to. Any help?

I think that's the ESA or electronic shift assist. It goes on the shift cable bracket by the carb.

They plug into the micro switch's on the shift converter.

Part #71 is the ESA. Part # 86 is the plate it bolts to. Could be a little behind the motor but high. Run back the wires in diagram posted below.
