Where do I lift my 165HP Inline 6 to pull engine?

I see two lift brackets but they are both on the one side. Where do you guys lift from?

one should be on the stbd side front of head, other can be a lifting eye on the port side bell housing
or a lifting eye cast into the rear blockoff plate
