Where do I Access the Fuel Line Fittings on A Stingray 2017 198LX

Can someone tell me how to access the fuel line fittings on a Stingray 198LX 2017 model boat. I think maybe the Anti-siphon valve is bad the boat keeps dying like it is running out of gas and if you know what these fittings on top of the tank are and can let me know that would be great too. Especially the one nest to what looks like the sending unit.

the anti-siphon valve are the fittings you connect the hoses to. they are the barbed fittings screwed into the fuel pickup.

I understand that. The problem is I don't know where the access to these fittings are on the 2017 Stingray 198LX. How to I get to them is more of the question I have.
