Where did the volvo engine ident link go?

Someone had kindly provided a link to a volvo service bullitin help to indentify the year of manufacture of volvo engines recently but now I can't find it and using the search engine I can't find it. Does anyone remember where it is? Also is there anyway to access other service bullitins?
