Where can I get Diaphram for old Johnson 9.5hp/ parts for this engine?

OK, so local guy having a look at my old EX MOD Johnson. Compression good but the diaphram looks worn. The local posh boatyard shop are struggling to get a diaphram. Any advise on where to get service parts? Where could I find a diagram of the engine to try & work out the age? The plate on the transom mount looks like the MOD put another ID plate over the original..

I haven't a clue what the diaphram you need is.. Perhaps you'll see it in the parts listing. Best of luck. Rick.
