How you guys had such nice boats, houses, trucks, etc - Figured it out 10 ish years ago (I've been on here since 2002 I think?) Your guys mortgage payments are not insane like CA!!! LOL 
And after a few divorces, jobs, last kid in college, we(me, gf - told adult 31, 28 and 19 kids), planned this move for 2 ish years, my house in CA, went through the roof in value in 4 years, life is good, a few more guns and a bot soon!(Again)
