I have a Dilly trailer that my 14' Aluminum boat sits on. Are all these little trailers the same? If so what kind of wheel bearings does it take?

Re: Wheel Bearings

There are several diffrent sizes of bearings. When in doubt, take one out and bring it to the local dealer so he can match it up.
Thats what I had to do.

J. Frechette
QA Engineer
Hartford Bearing Co.

Re: Wheel Bearings

you might try getting the part #'s off the existing bearings. and calling the local auto parts store. wipe the sides of the bearing off, and use a flashlight to see the part#, which is usually on one side or the other. the store can probably cross reference to what they stock.

or maybe you have a Dilly manuf plate on the trailer with a ph# you can call to get the info you want?

Re: Wheel Bearings

Take the bearings to Auto Parts, they cay match it and it's cheeper than the Boat store. I have 16in. tires on my trailer (10,000lb. Couldn't find Bearings for it. Took the old ones to the auto parts. They took the number off the backside of the Bearing and it was a rear Bearing for a auto transmision. Cost $5.00
