whats your favorite way to cook slimeheads(fish)

Ok,as of now I'm kind of fond of the fishcrisp, (its a seasoning out of canada for deep frying some walmarts carry it)I fillet the fish and deep fry and dip in horsey sauce

1. Soak 'em in milk for a few minutes.<br />2. Coat with corn meal seasoned with salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper & onion.<br />3. Pan fry just until firm.<br />4. Serve 'em up with green tomato relish, raw onion, hush puppies and a cold Shiner Bock!

texas, that sounds good, Im getting hungry and the freezer is looking real week you wont believe <br />this but 2 nights ago i had the wife pick up some fish at the store,they were good.<br />Am i sick or do i need to stock freezer better when fish is on bite.
