Ok here we go. What's your favorite fish attractant and why? Reason why is there's so many different kinds out there and I don't want to buy all to find out what I would like the best. So I'll try to narrow it down.

You have to match the attractant to the fin you are huntn for..

For myself I am only putting the juice to it to eliminate any unnatural odors. Nicotine, gas, and other elements will turn a fin away in a heart beat. A lure picked up from the carpet can absorb ordors that you and I would normally discount..

I have a small bucket that i put the lures in that I may be using..Add some lake water and pour attractant in it..Instead of throwing lure all over the place I put in bucket till I get ready to throw in box

LOL at JB.

I buy one of those attractants ever once in a while but it just sits in the box for a couple years 'til I throw it out. Sure would be convenient to have something don't stink too bad in a spray can.

Anybody use Pam? No, not Pamela Anderson Lee, get your mind out the gutter! I mean Pam cooking oil in the spray can. I hear the garlic works good.

Only thing I ever really use is Spike-it, I have chartreuse & red, and rarely use the red. It's a garlic-scented dye for soft plastics, dip the tails in & it really does change the color. I highly recommend it. Works ok on jig-heads & some other hard baits, too. But don't spill it in the boat, stinks and stains hands and carpet.
