What's up with the pop-up at the bottom of the page? how do I shut it off? FOR GOOD

It is driving me nuts, Every move I make or post I open it pops up and I have to close it - Anyone else getting this? I want this thing to go away.

I turned off my pop-up blocker to see what people are complaining about. Must be this that comes of with every page change.

I am turning my ad-blocker back on again.

Is anyone using Chrome and getting this pop up? I am (with every friggin click) and can't find any way to disable it. In the privacy settings for Chrome you can turn on/off pop up blocker (which is on for me and still doesn't block this ad). You can add sites which allow exceptions to the pop up blocker, but I can't seem to find a field or setting where you can prohibit a site individually such as the links noted above.

Any advice appreciated.

Yes, I am using Chrome, but have an ad blocker software installed. If I disable it, I get the popup every page. With it, I see no advertisements on this page at all. No popup from the bottom, no ads on the side, and none at the top. It's a lot faster that way too.

The ads just started showing today for me. At work we can not add anything to our PCs, so no blocker is installed.

Nope even with this add-on, I am still getting the South Carolina add. It bugs me enough to not return to iboats.com if it continues.

I usually accept the ads as the cost of maintaining a free site. This sucker OTH was so annoying that I installed the ad blocker add on and now I don't see any ads.

Nope even with this add-on, I am still getting the South Carolina add.

You do know ??. That you have to set the Ad filter don't ya.

Go into the Adblocker filter subscription preferences and add Easy List filter.


Problem solved.

Thank You I installed and activated it and no more adds, even works for other websites with adds, now if I could get rid of the advertisements on youtube, I know asking for to much..

the REI ad is back for me.....most annoying pop up ever! cant move the mouse and its there!!
