Well, I went and bought a different boat today, so I won't be needing the other boat that I just bought 4 weeks ago. I'm considering taking the motor off and selling it separate from the boat, since I need the trailer for my new boat. The motor is a 1989 50 HP force. So far, I had rebuilt the carb and fuel pump, rebuilt the water pump with a complete kit (body, plate, impeller) , serviced the lower unit, and replaced the thermostat, rubber seat, and spring, and finally new plugs. It starts easily and runs perfectly and both cylinders have 135 psi. It is a long shaft motor and I have 2 spare props with it. What are these going for, average ?? By the way, I'm moving on to a Suzuki motor on my newer boat. Thanks.
