Hi!Do somebody knows how to mesuare the pounds on a fuel pump? I have a mercury in line 6cydl 1988 with the new stile fuel pump (square)it feels like is not having to much presure to feed the carburators,when boat is in the water it shot off if I want to go faster.so I check my gass pump and is not trowin enought gass with enought presure, so I install an old stile gaspump and it was trowing more gas with more presure I just have't test the motor on the water yet, so I was wondering if is any tool to measure the presure pds on the gas pump or how many pds it should be in this new stile gass pump? im sure is my gas pump,because I allready rebuild the carbs and check power packs and everything is working good,the only thing I haven't check is the stator, any help please about my gass pump solomax7@aol.com
