this is off my choke,can i buy this part seperately or do i have to buy the hole caple..can you tell me where to get it???? also i'm doing away with my premix can someone tell me whats the proper ratio 650ts thanks Erik

Looks liek the choke actuator wheel. as the choke cable gets pulled the wheel moves with the choke cable. the choke plates are conected to the wheel so as you pull the choke knob the plates close. its basically there to act as a cable guide when you pull and release the choke knob

As for premixing I usually run 40-1 when i use regular 2 stroke oil and 50-1 when i use synthetic 2 stroke oil
