What's the difference in the Carb Kits?

Looking for a rebuild kit for my 59 Evinrude 35hp (35516). Iboats lists 2 for a 1959 35hp. Can someone help me out and tell me what the difference is?

Either will work. 18-7024 will give you a bunch of parts you won't need. It actually is for newer motors with automatic chokes.
