One more question, please. What's the difference between navigation lights and all around lights? My Capri 17.5 only has a stern light, white,on a mast and a red and green bow light. Kirby

Your lights are all "nav" lights when illuminated together. The rear, white light in your application is visible "all around", as required. It could also be called an anchor light when illuminated by itself.

What Outsider said is fact. What you have is exactly what you need for your boat. Just make sure that the white transom light will work all by itsself when you drop anchor, the bow lights are for when you are under way.

If you like to fish, a few of those LED trailer marker lights make great floor lighting when fishing at night, and don't pull hardly any watts. So the battery will last a long time.

Enjoy!
