OK so what do I need for parts, seals/gaskets to remove and reinstall a 2010 Alpha 1 Gen 2 outdrive ?? Already have impeller kit...thanks

You need the gasket kit to put the drive on. Outdrive Gasket Set - Sierra 18-2619-1D - iboats buy several for when you have an oops moment.

The above is all from the OEM service manual, just put together in separate files to make them much easier to follow than looking at the manual.

OH, haha... At least it'll give him a visual reference to go with your printed out instructions...

(Maybe he has a portable media player and can download the videos and take them with him to the boat... )
