Pennsylvania is 11 pounds 3 ounces. Caught in 1983 in Adams county in birch run res. I have a feeling that record will fall in the next year or so.

21 # 12 Oz Lake Castic Largemouth for california, the record blue catfish just got broke the other day from my home town San Diego, Lake San Vincente at 113.4lbs.

New York Sate. 11 pounds 4 ounces. Caught in Buckhorn Lake in 1987 by John Higbie on a spinnerbait.

Minnesota's is 8 lb., 15 oz., from 2005. I believe, however, that it may have been broken this past year. I'm quoting from the State's DNR site, though.

since california brought up blue catfish -- 121.5 lbs

22 pounds, 4 ounces, caught by George Perry back in 193?. (forgot - used to know). The next world record is going to be from Georgia too. 23 pounds, 8.6 ounces, from a Cartersville resident who happens to go by the handle of bassboy1 on forums.iboats.com.

The Florida state record was 17.27#, certified. The other record was for a 20#.13 oz fish not certified.

Here in KY, the largemouth record is 13 lbs 10.4 oz.... BUT.....

We hold the world record for a smallmouth at a whopping 11lbs. 15 oz!!!
