I just recieved a 5hp montgomery ward outboard mod # 15gg-9015 ser #375180 What is the year and how do you tell ? Also it says on the unit mix 1/2 pint #30 oil with a gl. of gas . Is that 30 weight or should i use 2 cycle or what ?

Hello rdooms<br />Your Sea King motor is a 1951 model. The oil would be 30wt non-deturgent. Now days just use reg. two stroke oil TCW III.
