Hi Jamie<br />You have a 1966 60hp Evinrude. The number you gave is the mod# not the ser#. As for the wiring I suggest you obtain a manual. The clymer #B734 should cover just about every thing you need to know about your motor. If you do not wish to purchess one you may be able to find a copy at your public library. If you can get another brand of manual thats fine too, they all work. If you can find the rest of the wiring harness in good shape that would be great. But it is just as easy to build your own. Do your home work look around, let us know how you make out.
