What Year, What Manual

I have a Iekhaefer Mercury, MERC 110, 9.8 hp, SN 1908277.<br />Its been out of service for quite some time and wont start ( it will pull.) I am looking to completely overhoul it and would like to know what year it is and what manual(s) I should buy.

It's 1966. Take care not to invest too much money in this one. Make a complete budget for the project. You might spend the price of a new just on getting the old one running.
