What year was a 15 cu.ic 9.9 and 15 produced

I am almost sure most 9.9s and 15 HP johnson and Evinrude are 13.2 cu.in blocks.What year did they produce the 15 cu.in. and is there a noticable power/speed difference? Thanks

1993 was the first 15 cu in motors. Some but not much.
