What year Merc motor 40hp 2 stroke S/N 3347398???

I'd like as much info on my motor as possible, Merc. 40 HP 2 stroke has "402" on motor cover and serial# 3347398. What fuel/oil mix ratio should I use? Thanks, Heinz

1972. Use 2 stroke oil specifically for outboard use. 100:2 (2%).
