What year is this motor ?

Just inherited this boat and my grandpa had it in the making of a side console but never finished.

The serial number which is on the right side of the motor shows " 0B192760 "
The motor itself is a 25hp 2 stroke Mercury.

I used the links found on this forum, and a bit of google search and couldn't figure it out.

Trying to find out which controllers I'll need to pickup to finish his project.

I'll get some detailed pics of the motor later today after my kids settle down.
