I looked in sticky notes, but not finding anything.

It's a Yamaha 4 stroke long shaft 9.9 HP.

Tag has following on top line - F9.9MLHP

Below that on next line in 3 separate boxes - 6G9 L 304230

F9.9MLHP .... look at the characters in the in parentheses
