What year is My motor?

I have a Johnson Seahorse model # MO-11C and I cant seem to find a year for it.. I thought I had a page saved in my favorites but I guess I didnt.. Also this motor is a 9.5HP

Take a closer look. Should be MQ-11, a 1965.
