what year is my mercury

I have a Mercury 115 hp the paperwork says serial # DL9R19 and a year of 1991, but on the engine it has a sticker saying serial # OC265591 any help would be greatly appreciated.

The )C number looks like a Merc Serial number. Not sure what DL9R19 is.
