What year is my Mercury model 60

I recently purchased a boat with a 60 hp mercury 3 cylinder outboard motor. The only numbers I can find is the serial number: A109783 and M60. Can anyone help me determine what year this motor is as well as the proper fuel oil ratio to use. Thanks

Try asking someone at Grubb's Marine at oldmercs.com. They were able to date my Merc 700 with the A-number.
