What year is my Mariner 30E

Hello, and thank you in advance for taking the time to help me with this little issue I have. What I've got is a Manier 30E serial # 689-411190 and I can not find what year model this thing is. I think it is a 1990 based on what little vague info I found on what appears to be a European web site but am still not 100% sure. Can someone please let me know what year it is. Thanks again

Serial # correction 689-L411190 I could barley make out the L on the plate weather this makes a difference or not determining the year model I don't know, but I do know that all the L means is that is a long shaft.
