I have a 90 HP force by mercury ser#oeo30239 and would like to know what model year it is.

Officially, 1991-1994.<br />With that serial number, I would guess1992<br />Sorry I can't be more speciffic, but Merc made a mess out of the model and serial numbers from 1989-1994.
