What Year is My Boat 14’ Aluminum Mirro Craft

I purchased this little beauty in sad shape but saw potential in her. As a 60 year old woman I love vintage things. I restored her to my capabilities. Took her down to her bones, deep clean, sand and paint and made new upholstery. I have never been able to identify the year. I believe it to be a 1960s Mirro Craft Ski n Troll but have also read that a boats manufacture year is the last two digits on the hull which is 58. One unique thing I haven’t seen in other photos are her rounded front seat. I am looking at selling her this spring which is why I am hoping to figure her age out. I have seen the vintage Mirro Craft Brochure from the 1960’s which looks similar. If you can zoom in the last photo has the number. Any help is much appreciated.

you need to pin down the paperwork to properly sell it.

Mirro had the ski-n-troll in both 14' and 16'. grew up on a '74 ski-n-troll that mom bought dad with her company discount. (if you have teflon coated mirro cookware, she probably sprayed it.)

I bought the boat used in 2016 from a small boat dealer/repair shop so I have purchase receipts but no definite information on year. The shop owner has since passed away.

H-ull I-denification N- umber ,HIN did not start until 1972 , so you are probably looking at the MFG ID or serial number . If it was a HIN then yes , the last two digits are the mfg date . Try fiberglassics .com / library forum . They may have enough specific info about the hull that you can identify the year it was built . Often the motor is the same year as the boat, if you can identify that through the serial number it may be the same year as the hull .

Wisconsin DNR can get you the information from the last registration.

If you are in Wisconsin, I have had the best luck going to the Brown County office on 29. The worst luck with Milwaukee
