littleb, a PM is a personal message that you can send to any forum member by clicking on their name and when it opens clicking on Send a personal message which lets you write them a message that can not be seen by other board members, I don't like them for service questions because a answer on the open forum can help many people. You will find this a really good forum with a lot of people willing to help you, thanks for participating.
