What year and serial for Mercury 3.9 hp

Cannot find a tag/plate/sticker on my 3.9 Merc outboard! Need cooling parts and lower end seals to repair but cannot find a serial number anywhere! Any ideas greatly appreciated...

Check on the powerhead above the exhaust plate it should be stamped in that area
