What would you pay for 2007 Crest III XRS 2270?

I am looking at selling my 1996 Crest II w/ johnson 50hp and upgrading to a 2007 Crest III 2270 XRS with a Evinrude E-tec 115, the seller is asking $18,500.00

The XRS has only 60 hours on it and in good shape, with a few goodies like ski bar, rear ladder, Fishfinder, and Crest Factory cooler. I have been poking around the web looking for comparable boats and havent found many.

What do you all think it is worth, and anyone with a 115 Etec or a Crest III XRS have any input as to quality or what to look out for?

I think the price is fair, Crest is one of the best toons out there.
