Hi,
So this summer I picked up an old used boat.
I'd like to know what type of boat it is so I can try to figure out what the specs are, max weight, max HP etc.
The boat currently has or came with a Merc 402 40hp from the 70's,
Here are a few pictures of the boat.

Not a U.S. made boat, I don't think. HIN number if it had one would be stamped in the transom just below the rub rail, but if it's not a U.S. boat it may not have it.

what does the paperwork state that it is. not sure about the country you are in, however here in the US, many times without paperwork or documentation, its considered a garden planter.

Well-----32E was boat registration for the Ottawa , Ontario area.-----Looks like the boat had a custom paint job.------Thundercraft , or Peterborough builders come to my mind.

Just this weekend I saw one exactly like that one at a dealer. It had a 100 merc on it.Our American friends take lic/reg way too seriously in my opinion. In Canada its fairly easy to make any boat bought legal or just ignore that altogether like approx. 65 percent of Canadians do according to the last survey done by the federal govt.Unlike America boating lic/reg is a federal not provincial deal.
