looks like a capri with cuddy. on the starboard side above the swim platform/ladder there should be a HIN(hull identification number) in the fiberglass. The last two digits are the year of the boat. If you google the whole number you can find out more info.
What does it say on the title?
It doesn't look that old.
On the hull, on the Starboard/Right/Passenger side; there is a set of numbers and letters molded into the Fiberglass.
This is the Hull Identification Number (HIN). It can reveal all you ask.

Looks like about 1987 to 1989 Capri. I have had a few, and the side windows, say 87-89. Looks like an OMC outdrive. If no paper work, sometimes, depending on state you live in, could be a "Yard Planter". The HIN should be in the area of the swim ladder, at the top, where the hand rails mount.
Bayliner made some short cuddies back then. I think the one the thread was started about is probably not a 2150 (~22 footer), seems shorter from the pics, and also just a single axle trailer.
I had an '89 Capri 21' with a cuddy, looked just like the one in your pic, even had the OMC drive. As stated above, it came on a single axle trailer. When the floor got spongy, I sold it as a project, didn't want to get into that kind of a rebuild.
