Canadian Tire Marine/Deep Cycle 600. Came with the boat new so it will do for a while. Seems to work just fine.

Hmmm, been thinking about GEL battery, expensive but low maintenance and can be mounted upside down, (interesting) I have been using Interstate batteries because had heard good things, But did not have very good experiance with them. Anyone using Delco Voyager's ?

Thank You for replies, It seems from reading posts should have at least 1000 crankin amps. for 225 motor.
