what that plastic piece called and where can I get it?

I am needing to replace my 20 year old livewell pump and in the process of taking it off, the round plastic piece that allows the pump to be installed at an angle broke - its like a wedge shaped plastic washer. What is it called and where can I buy a couple?

Hmmm... 20 year old piece? My guess is its going to be hard to find. Check with the manufacturer.

If that was mine, I would try fabricating a piece from PVC pipe. May have to fill it with sealer, but it looks simple enough to make.

Another suggestion is to get some epoxy and try gluing it back together.

a pump lasts me a couple of years, I'd just replace it.

I am going to put this pump in there:

(Cartridge Aerator Pump,500GPH, Inline - Johnson Pump)

and need to have it angled up like the old pump due to the location of the hole in the transom - very low. If the pump was laying flat, it won't fit in. WIth the head of the pump raised, it will clear the floor.

Many pumps come with them. Call iboats customer support; maybe they can tell you if this one does.

get a piece of hard plastic pipe and cut it on an angle?
look around at a home diy store?

That looks just like a car antenna leveler ??. Check at radio shack for one.
Its worth a try .
