I am trying to get to the low idle adjustment screw on my Mercury 9.8 model 100 and for the life of me, I can't figure out how to get to the darn thing, the upright bracket that the fuel pump is mounted on does not allow access to it? Is there some special screw driver that mercury made to do this?
