What size bearing buddies for a 1988 Escort trailer?

I have a Bayliner Trophy 21', sitting on a 1989 Escort tandem axle trailer. I just purchased this rig. I am going to be hauling it this week-end 200 miles, then putting it in a slip. Once the boat is off I would like to install bearing buddies. I would like to purchase these here at home, and take them with me for the install. I'm just not sure what size I would need, and not sure how to find out? Anyone know off hand?

I understand I could measure them...but don't have the time, leaving shortly. I was hoping someone might know off hand. Obviously I have to jack the boat, and pull the wheel and hub cover to find out, don't have time for that so then I guess I'll just buy a couple sets and hope I get the right ones.
