What Size Anchor Should I use???

Hello All Hope your boating season has started well!!!<br /><br />Was wondering what size anchor and or set up I should use for my 18 foot runabout V-Hull??<br /><br />Thanks for the replys in advance. Happy Boating!!

What kind of water do you run in?<br />A 15lb mushroom will work great for you in lakes with soft bottoms. If you anchor where there is tidal movment or current I would recomend a danforth type anchor with 5-6' of chain.

well lake mich. lake geneva those kind of lakes. I think i have a 10 lb right now,
