What replacement year engines can I use for 92 4.3?

Hello to all. What year 4.3 engines can I use for replacement for my 1992 4.3 OMC (cracked blocked - boo hoo). By asking an earlier question on the forums, I know that I have a non balance shaft engine. I might be able to pickup a '95 4.3. Would this fit and all parts interchange. What if I were to find a balance shaft 4.3?. Could I use the same parts on that? Thanks in advance for any and all advise!

Well,...... Any 4.3l can be Made to Fit,......<br /><br />Your other thread has Alot of Good Info on the Easy Swaps.......<br /><br />Why hash it out Again,..... Go back to the Other Thread...

Well I started this thread cuz my other one only gave me casting id. It didn't address the ability to swap parts form say a balnce shaft model to a non balnce shaft and also there were different genrations of the 4.3. But in the meantime I have gotten a line on a similar 4.3 that is a non balnce shaft as my old one and should be an easy swap (if there is such a thing)!
