I have a 91 264v stratos bass boat.. with a 115hp johnson and a 14x19 alum. prop
the rpms at top end are around 5200 and when its just me by myself or myself and my 10 year old the boat jumps up on plane really easily, but when I have a adult partner weighin close to my weight of 250lbs the boat seems to struggle to get on plane. Should I maybe go to a different prop ? if so what do you guys recommend?

Is the motor in excellent tune?Prop in excellent condition?Motor high on the transom?
What is the speed at 5200?Do you have your passenger ride forward for hole shot?
Is the boat loaded with gas and batteries at the stern?
If you feel all is right you could consider a 17" Hopefully same brand, same model for predictable results.Should give 300 to 400 rpm and inprove hole shot. With some luck top end may be a wash.

With that motor and a loaded down boat you are doing to have a hard time being pleased with a 14x19, with just you in it with minimal gear it probably really shines though. It really depends on how you are going to use the boat, if you are going to have it loaded down more than empty I would prop down to a 17 pitch like was mentioned above, if it is just going to be you most of the time I would just stick with the 19.

Yes the motor is in excellent tune , its running about 43 to 44mph on top end, and it was full of gas and batteries and tournament ready, prop has a few minor dings but nothing to really speak of. I have looked alot thru the net and seen a lot of similiar boats that run a 13 1/4 x17 so i am thinking maybe that is a good place to start. thanks for the advice guys.
