I recently had a boat that came of the trailer while doing 60mph and needless to say I am busy doing repairs. The problem I have run into is this. What is the correct term for the part of the motor above the lower unit but below the powerhead. That got bent and needs to be replaced but I dont know what its called. mid-section perhaps?? Also any good places I might find the part used. Thanks

It would help if we knew a little about the engine, such as the year, hp, and what make. However, that housing between the lower unit and the powerhead is called the "Exhaust Housing" on the OMC line.
