What other brands have the sundancer cockpit layout? (25'-27')

Looking at quit a few boats just to get ideas what is out there when I go to upgrade my Seville. I am looking at the 94-98 250 - 270 Sundancers because I really like the cockpit layout with the back to back helm seat and the transom seat on the starboard side of the boat allowing for a table with face to face seating. Also has a port side rear facing lounge. This puts the swim platform door on the port side.

I see a lot of aft cabin cruisers that have the worst possible cockpit layouts but are beautiful otherwise. (and usually cheaper) I love my Sea Ray but am not against jumping ship to get a good boat with the layout I want. I seriously do knot know who the hell is designing some of these layouts, I don't think you could do a worse job laying it out if you tried.

Any suggestions? Oh, The wife says it HAS to have the eye shaped porthole windows.

I too am a Sundancer fan and was looking at them last year but ended up finding a 2001 Maxum 2500 SCR (25.5') for the right price. Since I wanted to put a portable genny on the swim platform while on the hook I wanted the swim ladder and transom door to be on the SAME side so the genny wasn't an obstruction - just something to think about if you plan to use a generator. The layout is similiar but the lounge side on port transitions into the rear face-to-face seating with a reversible seatback. Behind the solo helm seat is a sink/storage cabinet.

If I am understanding your description, my 293 is laid out the same way. Double helm seat with a U behind on the stbd side. Port has a rear facing lounge at the helm and fridge/wetbar/transom door aft. Oh yeah, and the all important eye shaped portholes...

BTW, needs to have a aft cabin. Basically i am looking for something with a table up top for at least 4 people to sit. 27' is as big as i want to go as i trailer it.
