I am going to recarpet a boat that I just bought, and I dont want to use the cheap astro turf stuff, I want it too look good. What is that carpet call that is in new boats that almost looks like a BERBER type carpet called?

Do you want to carpet the inside or outside of the boat?<br /><br />For outside use, it has a rubber backing so the backing won't rot and it is not "cheap" carpeting. Its called "Sea Ray" carpeting which is made by sea ray. its good carpeting and a dense berber. any color you would like. <br /><br />JAZZ
