What is this valve plug for?

My motor info is in my sig.
The oil injection has been removed.
This screw in one way valve is just pluged with a bolt and leaks fuel.
Can I install a brass plug in its place?
What was/is it.
It is at the bottom on the right side of the motor.

Thats the fitting that supplied pressure to the oil tank, remove it and install a solid brass plug
