What is this metal bar that came with my 2007 Tahoe Q4L ?

This metal bar, about 4 or 5 feet long, was in the ski locker of my 2007 Tahoe Q4L. Each end has a small hole.

Anyone know what this is for?

Yes, if I am correct it goes across from one side to the middle of the boat to keep it from moving side to side when it is in the boot.
