19 pitch. Not sure about diameter. That's easy enough to measure...from the center of the hole to the outer edge of a blade times two. 48-16316A5 ... the A5 has me scratching my head. It has all three blades. That's a good start.

it came off of a 140hp merc. will it fit on a 100hp merc?

Are these Both 6 cylinder In-line Outboards,..??..??....

Merc. uses the Same Spline count,+ Prop Shaft Lengths on All the larger Outboards,+ Outdrives,......
But,.......
There are Small Gearcase Diameters(4"),+ Large Gearcase Diameters(4, 1/2")..........
The Newer V-6 outboards,+ the Outdrives use the Larger Diameters,......
And the Older In-line Outboards,+ some of the newer smaller outboards use the Smaller Diameters.......
