What is the horsepower of this 4-cylinder Volvo motor?

Where do I find the horsepower and liter size? *Reads "Volvo Penta 280" on the out drive. Boat: 1980 Sunliner. Needed: Two carb rebuild kits (has small fuel leak), runs excellent. Need horsepower to order parts. Thank-you so much.

280 is the outdrive model number, not the motor.
